SPEAKER'S BIOGRAPHY
Anna Motz
Anna Motz is a Consultant Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with the Thames Valley Forensic Mental Health Service and is currently completing her training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Tavistock Clinic. She is the author of The Psychology of Female Violence: Crimes Against the Body (2nd Edition, Routledge, 2008) and editor of Managing Self Harm: Psychological Perspectives (Routledge, 2009.) She has extensive clinical experience with perpetrators and victims of violence and with the staff teams who work with them. She has written widely on this topic and is the former President of the International Association for Forensic Psychotherapy.
