SPEAKER'S BIOGRAPHY
Ruthie Smith
Ruthie Smith is an Attachment Based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, working for a number of years as a Principal Individual Psychotherapist in the NHS, and prior to that, at the Women's Therapy Centre. She teaches on a number of psychotherapy training programmes including at The Bowlby Centre, and also teaches A.I.T. ( Advanced Integrative Therapy), an energy therapy for treating trauma. With 30 years background in the study and practice of meditation and spirituality, she works in central London at the psycho-spiritual therapy centre she founded, Flame.
